My mother and I had lunch today, and we were both so happy to have picked the right place for brisket plates and brisket-stuffed baked potatoes! The brisket was tender and the sauce was just the right mix of sweet, tangy, and smoky. We both chose jalapeño cornbread, and weren't even disappointed by the rolls, which were moist and perfectly hot. Mom loved her meal, and I loved mine! Everyone was friendly there, and we are planning on coming back for breakfast and dinner sometime. Thank you Cole Mountain!May 29, 2016
